Nurse Anesthetists Week Jan. 25-31.
With
over 40 years of combined experience as certified registered nurse anesthetists
(CRNA), McGee and Gano have dedicated themselves to serve patients by assuring
a safe and effective anesthesia care.
KVCH welcomes new director of quality improvement Rhonda Holden, RN, MSN, has been appointed as the new director of quality
improvement. Holden previously served as a director of special projects,
nursing administration at
Central
Washington
Hospital.
Visitation Restrictions LiftedIn response to the
continued stability of low influenza rates in
Kittitas
County,
KVCH hospital administration lifted the visitation restrictions.
Diabetes Screenings at KVCH
Kittitas
Valley
Community
Hospital’s
glycemic management task force and surgical services teamed up in February,
2009 to provide the community with free surgical diabetes screenings. The
impetus for this screening was to identify people with pre-diabetes or diabetes
while patients were in the care of the hospital.
KVCH Hospitalist Program What is a hospitalist? A hospitalist is a specially trained physician
based in a hospital setting. Hospitalists provide personalized and immediate
care to hospitalized patients and communicate
directly to the patient’s primary care physician or specialist.
