The 3-hour class has been designed for anyone living with diabetes or pre-diabetes and provides an introduction to the self-management of diabetes.

Registration: Pre-registration and physician referral required.
Cost: Insurance billing provided. Medicare allows up to 9 hours of classes for new diagnosis of diabetes. Please contact your insurance company for further information regarding Diabetes Self-Management Training coverage. A physician referral is needed for insurance billing.
