Food & Nutrition

Inpatient and cafeteria meals at KVCH are prepared by Food and Nutrition Services. For patients, a registered dietitian conducts inpatient nutrition assessment and provides education and follow-up consultation as needed. Physicians may also refer individuals for outpatient nutrition counseling.

The public is invited to dine at the KVCH Café. Hot breakfasts are available weekdays from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and include made-to-order items including omelets, pancakes, and waffles. Lunch is served seven-days-a-week from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and includes a daily salad bar and fresh soup.
