Home Infusion ServiceHome Infusion is a home care program that allows people to remain at home while receiving various forms of medication or hydration through veins, stomach or other tissue. Nurses evaluate each individual's needs to see if the prescribed therapy meets home care criteria. Some of the therapies provided are:
HospiceHospice care is a special way of caring for a patient with a terminal illness. While the patient no longer receives curative treatment, close medical and supportive care is provided with the emphasis on making the most of each day. The hospice philosophy uses a team approach to coordinate care including the patient, family, nurses, nurses’ aides, social workers, physicians, clergy and/or volunteers. Hospice is Medicare approved. Hospice services include:
