Quality Measures
Our mission, at KVCH,
is to provide the community with exceptional, patient-focused healthcare. We report
and evaluate the care we provide every day through the use of established
indicators and benchmarks.
We are always looking for opportunities to deliver healthcare more effectively, efficiently, and safely.
Quality care indicators measure our performance against national
standards of care for treatment of patients diagnosed with heart attacks,
congestive heart failure, pneumonia, and against evidence-based standards of practice
for reducing the risks of surgical infection.
This section of the website provides reports on how KVCH is working hard to improve quality and safety of care we provide. You
can also visit the Washington State Hospital Association website www.wsha.org to view these results and the
results of other hospitals.
